Cryobox™ LNG Production Station

Every Cryobox measures the size of a 40-feet container. This allows an easy transportation on a trailer and multiple relocations in the small areas of a plant. This is ideal for wellhead operations, allowing for fast deployment without complex infrastructure.

With a focus on the immediate availability of LNG, the installation, together with its commissioning, is completed in record time for the industry. Its installation only requires a concrete platform for its settlement and connection to gas sources and to electricity, compressed air and internet services. This translates into low initial investment and fast energy generation with immediate LNG availability

Its multiple-stage liquefaction cycle removes any inerts and is powered by a 450 Kw engine linked to a Galileo MX 400 Compressor, ensuring efficient small-scale LNG production.

The automatic boil-off recovery system provides emission-free LNG storage and loading. This feature avoids natural gas waste, ensuring safe operations in compliance with environmental regulations. The Cryobox reliquifies the BOG of any storage.

The reduced amount of dynamic components ensures an autonomous operation rate of over 99%. This feature is especially relevant in remote areas, such as oil & gas fields, where energy continuity and supply reliability are critical.

The transfer of LNG to the storage tanks does not require the use of pumps. Thanks to its LNG Management system the liquefied gas can also be transferred from these tanks to the distribution trailers or to other vehicles or industrial equipment for immediate consumption.
