LNG Dispenser

Smart Station Concept

LNG Dispenser

Engineered to accelerate LNG station deployment

In the decarbonization of heavy-duty transport and the optimization of operating costs in logistics, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) is becoming a technically and economically viable alternative. In this context, Galileo Technologies introduces its smart dispenser, engineered to facilitate the deployment of refueling infrastructure for transport and fueling applications.

The solution integrates high-flow LNG fueling, precise control of cryogenic variables, and a modular architecture designed to simplify installation and operation. Its compact footprint and plug-and-play configuration allow for rapid installation on a concrete foundation, with minimal auxiliary infrastructure requirements.

Designed for logistics corridors and transport fleets, the station helps accelerate the expansion of LNG Blue Corridors, enabling access to LNG in logistics hubs, fleet bases, and off-grid fueling stations, while meeting industrial standards for safety and reliability.

Key Advantages

Fast and Accurate Refueling

It offers high-flow LNG fueling (up to 180 liters/ minute), which can reduce truck refueling time to less than 6 minutes. It incorporates a Mass Flow Meter to ensure maximum accuracy in the dispensed fuel measurement.

Off-Grid Capability (Virtual Pipeline)

The station is supplied with LNG transported in cryogenic ISO tanks, enabling fuel delivery to locations beyond the reach of conventional gas pipelines.

Intelligent Loading Optimization

The dispenser allows the operator to select the truck's make and model on the display screen to dispense LNG at the temperature and pressure recommended by the manufacturer, ensuring maximum vehicle performance and range.

Modularity and Reduced Footprint (Plug-and-Play)

Its skid-mounted design, in combination with a vertical storage tank, enables a basic LNG station deployment within a minimal footprint (approximately 140 m² / 1,500 ft²), reducing site area requirements by up to 80% versus conventional stations.
